Most of our work is apartment buildings and private houses in Thessaloniki: building them new, and renovating them room by room. Every job is measured on site and priced line by line.

Tiling is what we are known for. Large-format porcelain, marble-look slabs, black frames, walk-in showers and hidden drains, laid to a line you can check with a level.

The price you sign is the price we build to.

Before any work starts you get a written quote, itemised per m² for every area: floors, bathrooms, walls, roof. If something changes on site, you see the new line and approve it before we do it.

The man on the crane.

Structura was set up in Thessaloniki in 2026 around one person's experience: our head of construction, who started out young on cranes and concrete frames and has worked on building sites ever since.

The photograph beside this text is from those early years: a crane jib, the mast, and a young builder standing at the very top of it. We traced our mark from that picture, line for line. It is the clearest picture of how we still work: on site, at height, with our own hands.

How a job runs, from first call to keys.

  1. Site visitWe come out, measure every room and floor, and go through what you want built.
  2. Itemised quoteA written price per m² for each area, usually within a few days of the visit.
  3. Plan and permitsPaperwork, material orders, and a start date with a week-by-week schedule.
  4. BuildOne crew on site, with weekly photo updates you can follow from anywhere.
  5. HandoverFinal walk-through together, every snag closed, keys handed over.

How is the price worked out?

We measure on site and price each area separately per square metre: floors, walls, bathrooms, roof, common areas. You get it in writing, line by line, before any work starts.

Is the site visit free?

Yes. The visit and the written quote cost nothing and do not commit you to anything.

Can we stay in the apartment during a renovation?

For partial jobs such as floors or a bathroom, often yes, and we plan the work room by room. For a full renovation it is usually faster and cleaner to move out for the duration. We tell you which at the site visit.

Do you renovate shops and offices?

Yes. We fit out shops and offices with the same crew, and plan the work around the date you need to open.

Do you work for apartment building managers?

Yes. Stairwells, entrances, roof terraces and facades are a regular part of our work. We can quote per building and schedule the work around residents.

How will I know how the job is going?

You get site photos every week and a direct line to the head of construction. If anything needs a decision, we ask before we act.
