This notice explains how Structura ("we") handles the personal data you send through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, optional email, the area or address of the job and the details you add.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, book a site visit and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as Greek tax and building law requires.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered through our hosting provider's form service and stored in our email. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us using the details on the contact details. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
